FedEx Update as of 3/2/21:
"COVID-19 has disrupted the air cargo market and generated a surge in residential delivery in the U.S. As a result, we’ve had to adjust our networks to best serve our customers.
One of these adjustments includes the decision to continue the suspension of our money-back guarantee for all FedEx Express®, FedEx Ground®, FedEx Freight® (except FedEx Freight® Priority Plus) and FedEx Office® services until further notice. Because FedEx is an essential transportation service provider, we will continue operating as government restrictions and regulations allow.
We recognize and appreciate the crucial role we play in the global supply chain and moving the world forward during this critical time, and we remain focused on serving our customers with a high quality of service and delivering vaccines."
All packages are considered lost after ten days from drop off.
OrthoBracing.com reserves the right to change shipping service as long as it is equal to or greater level of delivery service.

I recently purchased a right ankle support to go with another one a doctor had prescribed about five years ago when I had a fall and a severe ankle sprain. My right ankle is now becoming unstable like my left ankle is, with limited range of motion. When I wear both ankle supports while walking in sand or working with my rescue horse by lunging him on uneven ground surfaces, I have improved ability to walk and have less pain in my feet, ankles, and legs after doing this type of activity for an extended period of time. I have a gait difficulty and neuropathy present in all my extremities and feel less at risk for falls when I stabilize both ankles wearing the ankle support braces in very supportive shoes. It is great to be able to walk better and I love working with my horse very much. These ankle supports were worth every penny I paid for both of them at different times in my life. They are a very good investment for those with weakened ankles who do strengthening exercises as recommended by a medical professional in conjunction with wearing supportive shoes and the ankle supports for strenuous activity as overseen by their doctor or physical therapist.
