I purchased this for my hip replacement therapy. What a difference between ice packs. Significant improvements in quality of ice coverage. The compression really works well. I purchased the shoulder ice therapy for my next surgery in 3 months.

Good product bit very over priced

Super impressed with how fast my order was processed and delivered. We didn't know we needed this for my daughter after her ACL surgery, but we literally go the order in less than a week.

These cold therapy machines should be required with ortho surgeries. The machine is easy to use and set up. Shout out to the Company Ortho Bracing for helping me out in a pinch, they are a very responsive company.

Easy to use and provides long lasting cold therapy for my shoulder. Some ice machines have an exposed motor so when you put frozen bottles in, they can hit the motor and cause damage. This ice machine has an encased motor so there is no chance of damaging it. Also, it stays cold longer than other machines. I'd like more Velcro straps and I'd like for them to be longer. I'd like the velcro part to be larger so it would stick better.

I purchased the system with a knee attachment prior to a Total Knee Replacement in October of 2024. The system was a huge help in the recovery process. I now find that I am having a recurring issue with Hip bursitis when I work out. The good news about paying for high quality equipment up front is that it often helps you even more in the long run. In this case I ordered the hip attachment and it is working exceptionally well. I initially balked at the price point, but once it arrived the robust waist belt and the full coverage hip pad made it clear why it was a bit higher. It stays in place, cools extremely well and is clearly well designed for its task. Love the product and the service!

It is a God-Send. The one I had originally would not work. This company went above and beyond to help get me a working Polar Wave replacement. Definitely a great product and a great company to work with.

Great for recovery from total knee replacement!

Have used mostly with just cold (no compression) following knee surgery. Works great and helps speed up recovery and reduce pain Highly recommend.

this polar cube is just the right size. It is portable and love the long electric cord and the pump tube. It is very quiet and holds the cool temperature for a long time. The wraps stay tight on your knee.
The only drawback is not having an on-off switch. It is a bit on the higher side of thhe budget.

These were purchased in anticipation for upcoming surgery. Not yet used. Not sure if they were needed as the shoulder pad I purchased already had them. The description of the pad could have mentioned that straps were provided.

I was recommended this product from a Doctor for my Hip Replacement., vs paying over $400 for a rental. It get ICE ICE cold for hours!! Would highly recommend. And with a car inverter, I can take it on the go during my recovery.

Using this to treat a torn meniscus in my knee. It provides significant comfort and reduces swelling. Definitely a game changer! I think this is a much better treatment than taking nsaids around the clock.
Customers should start making ice when they order the cube. I am using large plastic bins to make big ice cubes - they last longer.
