Exchange Policy:
Mistakes happen: most orders made by mistake (i.e. a left instead of a right) are eligible for an exchange if the incorrect size or item was ordered. All items must be in NEW condition to be exchanged (they cannot be used). There is not a restocking fee but a shipping fee will apply if OrthoBracing.com is asked to send a shipping label. Before shipping any product back, you must first obtain an authorization number via email at the following address: CS@OrthoBracing.com

Return Policy:
Returns can be accepted if returned within a 14-day window after delivery and are in new condition (UNUSED) and in their original packaging with instructions. If the plastic pad bag is opened, the package cannot be returned. Shipping fees will apply.
A 20% restocking fee will apply.
Before shipping any product back, you must first obtain an authorization number via email at the following address: returns@OrthoBracing.com
If the sender wishes to ship the item back to OrthoBracing.com, please affix the authorization number to the box or shipping label, do not write on the box. OrthoBracing.com will not be responsible for lost return packages. Please provide tracking numbers via email if the sender is shipping back. Otherwise, OrthoBracing will send you a return shipping label and the cost of that shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Do not refuse the delivery of your order. Refunds will not be issued for refused shipments.
In order to ensure that the return and refund are processed correctly, each return must have an RA# written on the packing slip inside the box. Do not write RA#s on the product boxes. If an RA# is written in such a manner that the packaging of the item is defaced, a refund will not be issued.
Without an RA#, we regret that we cannot issue you a full refund. So please obtain an RA# in advance.

Purchased the Breg Polar Care Cube for knee replacement surgery. What a relief it has been. Not the most comfortable unit to sleep with! But definitely worth it for the rest of the day. Definitely recommend.
I bought this for my wife after knee surgery. We didn't even know about these units until after her surgery so she used ice packs and gel packs for five days until the Polar Cube arrived. It only took about five minutes of use for her to say it was much, much better than the other methods. She liked it so much we are going to purchase a shoulder wrap since both of us are continually rehabbing shoulder injuries.
My older brother told me about the polar cube when the pain after the surgery got so intense that I shared that with him and requested his advice. He had the surgery three years ago and I figured he knows a thing or two.
I wish I knew about the cube earlier and had bought the Breg Polar Cube before the surgery; I'm sure it would have reduced the agonizing pain of the first few days.

Since I came home from the hospital, I have been using the Breg Cold Cube system almost all the time to help reduce swelling and pain. It is quiet and easy to use. Once filled with ice, the system provides cold wrap for my knee for about 6 hours. I highly recommend it.
