It is impossible to find or speak to a customer representative!

Friends that have had shoulder and knee surgeries have talked about these wraps and systems being game changers and they were right on the money! I am glad that I purchased the shoulder wrap to aid in the overall recovery. My sister had shoulder surgery years ago and didn't know these existed and talked about doing ice wraps the old fashioned way. I'm glad I didn't have that problem.

Ice machine was a lifesaver
This device has been very helpful throughout my hamstring repair recovery. I had a similar machine back in the 90s but this one is SO much better. The smaller cooler box is ideal and the hip pad is a perfect design. Worth the money!
