The Berg Polar cube is simple and easy to use. There are multiple vendors selling similar units with vary many gadgets and options, they are unnecessary, Berg keeps it simple and performs very well.

My advise is to order at least 8 bags, it makes keeping up with the cold therapy simple and quick, with no need to empty any melt water from the Berg Polar cube. It was well worth the extra cost.

this is fabulous well worthy investment easy to use the compression is absolutely worth the investment. The ice pack, save money versus filling the container with ice water.
. They provided ice packs, save money rather than filling the container containers with ice water. My Spouse had their ankle totally replaced, and this has been a big help to have and we will probably continue it to when he goes back to his job.. I plan to buy the attachments when I have my shoulder replaced. You can’t go wrong and some insurances even will pay for it.

I recently had shoulder surgery and the unit is helping in my recovery. Easy to set up and it last so much longer than using the hand held ice packs . Reduces the pain and inflammation and reduces the use of opiods. Great product.

This machine has been instrumental in my recovery from ACL surgery. It’s so easy to use and WAY more efficient than traditional ice packs. The wrap stays cold the entire time and the compression feature is super effective! It greatly reduced my swelling and helped alleviate pain the first week after my surgery. Highly recommend!

Just had ACL repair and this was recommended by the surgeon. Since the cost to buy was about the same as renting a similar device for two weeks, I decided to splurge. The cold and compression really help with pain and swelling. I can imagine using for other sore spots that come up from time to time. Glad I bought one!

I had shoulder replacement and my Dr ordered me a machine to ice my shoulder . It ws great but I only got to use it for 20 days. I did a lot of research and bought the Berg Polar Care Wave. It it by far superior to the one I was given by the medical supply place. It was a fantastic investment. The shoulder attachment fits 10 times better than the other one. Highly Recommend!

This has been a huge part of my recovery post-rotator cuff surgery. It adds so much relief to the pain. I love and highly recommend it!

This machine worked perfectly for my first total hip replacement (second one coming right up). Ice and compression was highly effective - I used it pretty much every time I was resting during the day through the first 5-6 days after surgery. Did not use while sleeping. Consistent use of the Breg as much as possible, plus wearing thigh high Ted hose per my surgeon for a week kept the swelling away pretty much entirely- if I had any, it wasn’t noticeable at all. Highly recommend! Only wish there was a cycling timer, but I imagine that feature would have been included if economically feasible. I imagine that’s why the price is so reasonable - I would have had to pay almost the same price to rent a machine for two weeks!

This device has been a life saver. Just had knee replacement surgery and don’t know how I would have survived without it.

Worth it. Much easier for me to tolerate than an ice pack. Compression has made a big difference.

The Exos wrist splint very quickly acquires sweat odor, and the sleeves are a must have. They also make wearing the splint more comfortable. Order early, they took a while to arrive.
