i purchased breg polar care wave& having it shipped overnight thru OrthoBracing? I paid to have it shipped overnight UPS? the unit arrived a day late because of UPS issues? not OrthoBracing Fault?
The unit arrived. day late , i tested it it worked great and then informed OrthBracing that we shoul get our shipping overnight costs back?
which was around 100 dollars. OrthoBracing within 24 hrs refunded me the money? I know it takes time too get your money or a credit back when dealing with UPS, since I ship UPS daily and had this issue come up before? sometime taking a week. OrthoBracing stepped up to the plate and made sure I was taking careof? In my experience that says a lot and would highly recommend OrthoBracing

Your ice bags work extremely well in the Breg ice cube. They last at least 3/4 of the day, before switching them out. Great product !!

This bag are so much better than ice cubes. They work 6hrs with our changing.

A great help to my dad after knee replacement surgery!!

Single greatest purchase of recent memory. Bought it for rehab from surgery – should’ve bought it five years ago in advance of the surgery totally eliminates or at least significantly reduces the need for pain reduction meds.

The Breg Polar Care Cube Cold Therapy machine was purchased to help minimize swelling and aid in healing for my husband who had shoulder surgery to repair a massive rotator cuff tear:(
We are extremely pleased with the benefits he recieved from using the Breg Polar Care cold therapy machine; specifically with his comfort, pain management, and the progress he has been able to make in just 3 1/2 weeks. It was a huge comfort especially during the first week. He is also using the machine for relief/comfort after his physical therapy appointments.
After filling water to the necessary line, I placed (4) 16.9 oz frozen water bottles(Make sure you remove the labels and any glue before freezing) into the cube with the lid partially on so the bottles didn't fall over, then I added enough extra ice cubes to the container to be able to close the lid; the machine stayed very cold for about 6 hours before the frozen water bottles needed to be changed out with new frozen water bottles.
We are very grateful we had this machine to help in his recovery from this painful surgery. I firmly believe it has been beneficial to my husbands comfort and healing. Highly recommend this product.

I have had to use Ice pads for more than 20 years and I have always hated that it is too cold, don't stay where you want it, etc. This machine is amazing. I have been able to ice my shoulder after a replacement without any hassle.The reusable icepacks work great without needing to constantly have to add ice. Just add water and the icepack, turn it on, and you are good to go. Will definitely keep it and buy additional pads as I will use them to help keep my physical lifestyle going.

This ice machine provides good circulation from the cold water tank and I haven't had any trouble with water leaks when disconnecting the hose from the pad (I think it's best to turn off the machine first). The compression feature works well. So, as compared with the competitor I'd say it does the job (pressure and icing) at a fraction of the price.
BTW, our first unit cycled off the compression feature after about 5 mins. each time it was used. I reached out to Ortho Bracing who had Breg overnight a new unit (since my wife already had her knee surgery). They have been very responsive to emails and the new unit works great.

This brace has enabled me to get back to competitive level sports at 30!

Terrific customer service. Unit arrived ahead of schedule and customer service was very helpful in choosing right product.

I like the Simple setup, the knee pad is easy to put on and comfortable.
One item to improve would be to have a switch on the unit or in the power cord. I needed to cycle 30 minutes on 30 minutes off according to Dr. only way to turn on/off is to unplug the unit.
Other than that I would definitely recommend the polar cube for post knee surgery therapy.

This brace is a game changer. The hospital gave me the Donjoy Ultrasling II and it does it's job. The only issue I had with it was that 8 days in my neck where the sling comes into contact was hurting worse than my shoulder. I got this one because I saw a couple of reviews and it was significantly better. the reason is this sling goes around your good arm and distributes weight around the underside and back like a backpack. The pain is gone!

I’ve been using the Breg Polar Bear Cube for five days post-surgery and it is delivering everything promised. Very easy to fill and empty. Using frozen water bottles instead of ice cubes makes it even easier.
Customer service during buying process was fantastic. Though I am a medium-sized man, Stacy advised me to get the XL pad, which was good advice, due to the need to put something between the pad and the skin.

After my husband’s knee replacement, we used this at night instead of the ice packs. We put 4 small frozen water bottles in the container in addition to the water and loose ice to provide a little longer time frame of the ice bath. The Kodiak provided a coolness not quite as intense as an ice pack and my husband could sleep with it on for about 6 hours. It provided comfort for him and I didn’t have to change it out allowing better rest for me too.

The pad works great for keeping knee cold much better than ice packs
