    • The water-impermeable Sterile Polar Dressings offered by Breg provide an appropriate and complete barrier between the pad and the patient's skin.

    **Knee Compression Wrap comes with one (1) 60-inch strap.**

    **ATTENTION** Please verify the connection type prior to ordering. The Intelli-Flo Pads have one male and one female connector. Your hose connection should match the below pictures if you have a Breg Polar Care Kodiak.

Ineffective customer service

I sent an email regarding my order of a replacement cooling pad. The problem turned out to be the machine. Plus I inquired about buying a new unit and your customer service sent me an email about COVID-19. COVID-19 had nothing to do with my email. Customer service is not paying attention.

Thank you for your reply. We looked through our email records and it looks like you emailed us on 9/20 and we replied on 9/23. You purchased a Kodiak pad from us and also requested a discount on a cooler. We did not see any mention of COVID in our email to you and you did not purchase a cooler from us. We are sorry that your cooler is no longer working. Best thing to do is either file a warranty claim or purchase a new one. Thank you, Customer Care Team

Fit my Kodiak perfectly.

I have not needed to use the ankle sleeve yet, but it couples with my Kodiak machine perfectly. I was impressed when my online question was answered quickly. Delivery was also quicker than I expected.
