I ordered two knee braces for my son. He tore his ACL, MCL & meniscus playing football. Our Doctor highly recommended the Breg Fusion knee brace for his injured knee prior to resuming sports. My first polar bear cube was purchased in December of 2015 for my right knee replacement and it was the best money I ever spent!! It continued to work very well up until @ 2 weeks after my left total knee replacement. So I decided it was time for a new one ( nothing lasts forever but it did for at least 10 years). The second polar care cube was worth every penny spent!!
The polar care dressings are well worth the money but I didn’t know which one to buy so I purchased 3 of them and one works great for the newest polar bear cube and another works well ( fits well) for the first polar bear cube machine.
You just simply can’t beat the Polar Bear Cube machine or dressings!! Makes the recovery process much smoother than without one. !! I am still using the first one but it doesn’t circulate as well as the newer one, but I’m surprised that it lasted 10 years !!! 20 Stars 🌟 out of 10 !! Lol

This device provides both an icing as well as compression function and each function has two levels. There are many icing machine options on the market that are okay (and we had one of them) but this one is excellent! The real differentiator for the Breg Wave is the compression function and it does and excellent job and is a fantastic function to speed recovery. I am having a second knee surgery shortly, 5 weeks after the first, and will be purchasing the Y-connector and an additional knee sleeve so I can ice both knees simultaneously. This machine is arguably the best on the market at this price point but even compared to the Game Ready which cost north of $3,000 and which I have used at PT, the Breg Wave performs just as well.

I'm using these bags for my machine for my rotator cuff surgery care. They are great. Small, easy to use and now my wife doesn't have to carry the machine to dump it and then go find big bags of ice to use. Great idea. Hopefully they will last.

I am thrilled we have this unit! My daughter had ACL surgery and this unit is a life saver! It has helped with her pain management and reducing the swelling post-surgery. We couldn't survive without it! The unit is quality, and easy to set up. It gets cold very quickly!

The Breg Polar Care machine is essential to use after a total knee replacement surgery. Trust me, I know first hand. I had my right knee done 11/21/24 and my left knee done 6/17/25 - both times I used the Breg ice therapy machine and it saved me! Ice and elevation is key to keeping down swelling. And it also helps alleviate the pain after exercising. Please do yourself a favor, if total knee replacement surgery is on the horizon for you or a family member, purchase one of the Breg Polar Ice machines, and you will be forever grateful that you did. Also, I used empty and clean plastic Gatorade bottles and water instead of ice cubes . Stays cold all night long. Good luck!

Wow, did this shoulder wrap and ice machine deliver! I've been wearing it intermittently during the day and every night since my rotator cuff surgery a week ago and I am SO happy with my recovery. The machine is far quieter than I would have guessed (think white noise machine on low) and the shoulder cuff covers the entire affected area. The 3 Velcro straps provide all the custom fitting you'd need. In between sleep position changes, I've been able to get quality sleep, which has greatly helped with healing.

My previous "Cube" lasted seven years, I received it after my last knee replacement surgery. This is my second one, Orthobracing did indeed ship the product fast. It doesn't appear to be much different from my first, perhaps quieter if anything. I will comment that the power plug into the cooler seems a bit notchy in comparison but time will tell, it's a quality product to be certain. Highly recommend Orthobracing as a source for this product, and I will definitely be looking into adding some of the other Breg cooling accessories that I didn't know about, i.e. the back and ankle attachment!

Product shipped fast and arrivec on the day predicted. Works well and very quiet. It does not have a remote if that is something you are looking for.

My Breg Fusion knee brace for ACL is well manufactured and very sturdy. Velcro straps are designed to be as comfortable as possible with ample padding. Knee feels very stable and can extend and flex freely. But let me tell you to get it from Orthobracing!! Jordan was fantastic and fixed problems with my order (my fault) with speed and ease. The simple machine brought amazing relief for post-surgical pain. I do recommend using either the small freezable cubes, the sealable bags that are included filled with water and frozen, or simply frozen small bottles of water. Otherwise, you are making multiple trips to the sink to empty water from melted ice as well as constantly having to be sure that your ice maker is keeping ahead of demand and making multiple trips to the freezer for ice. The hip pad took a bit of maneuvering as the straps are very long for me but I figured out placement of the Velcro and positioning of the straps for maximum comfort and flexibility.
