This boot provided great stability and was very comfortable.
Paid a premium for expedited shipping and still have not received (3weeks later). Customer service has not responded to my latest inquiry for a return. Don’t waste your time

I took a look at your order and we fulfilled your order within 3 hours and 16 minutes after you placed it. We physically drove your package to our local USPS store, scanned it in, and dropped it off.
Our staff did everything we could to ensure that you got your item in time. We even tried to get you a refund but the USPS sent us this message: 'The following tracking number(s) is not eligible for a refund: 940551020XXXXXXXXXX. There are not any refundable extra services purchased on this label.'
We know you are frustrated, believe me, we are too. But once we drop packages off, we lose control over them.
We are sorry that you feel that our customer service is 'horrible', but we did everything within our power to ensure you received your item.
